Welcome to the official homepage of Joseph J. Rosen Memorial. J.J.R.M. is made up of Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. Troop 298 is located in Brooklyn, New York and is part of the Breukelen District. Scouters and future scouters are encouraged to explore this site to become familiar with our troop and scouting. The scouts meet every Friday night from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. during the school year. We meet at Public School 97 (P.S.97), located at 1855 Stillwell Ave. Please see the Girl Scout and Cub Scout pages for information on thier programs and upcoming events.
